You’re Not Doing It Alone.

Our designers, our project manager, and our logistics crew do the heavy lifting before you ever show up on site — and the whole team has your back while you’re out there. Specs are solid. Materials arrive on time. Problems get solved before they reach the install. Your job is to build — and go home proud of the work.
Design Team
Solid specs and clean drawings. No guessing in the field, no surprises on job day.
Project Manager + Team
One dedicated PM with the whole Hughes crew behind him. Homeowner questions, change orders, field conditions — handled fast, so they never slow down your hammer.
Logistics & Supply
Cabinets, tile, trim, fixtures — and specialty tools on request. Tile saw, drywall lift, or dolly? Logistics brings it to your jobsite. No shop runs.
The Install Crew
Show up with your tools and your pride. Do the craft. Go home knowing you built something worth your name.
A Benefits Package Worth $13,000–$20,000 a Year.
That’s roughly $6–$10 an hour of real value — on top of your paycheck. Health, retirement match, paid time off, truck and phone allowances, and specialty-tool access, all counted honestly. Your range depends on your coverage, role, and time with us.
Weekly Pay
Skill-based. We pay for craftsmanship.
